![]() ![]() The main characters were awful, the writing was terrible, I honestly didn’t believe that Ashlyn and Daniel were in love, Daniel could brainwash anyone, the mmc was named Daniel Daniels (ha!), and they called William Shakespeare, Shakes! Ugh!ĭaniel seemed more like a groomer than anything else. After reading Tampa, it’s really hard to find a book that can compete. ![]() That should have stopped me but I honestly wanted to see if this would up the taboo game. I finally talked myself into reading it because everyone kept talking and raving about this book. Whenever I search for new books to read with that subject, this book pops up on every single list. Call me twisted because that’s just who I am. ![]() It’s out there and wrong but I just can’t get enough. Taboo as in student-teacher relationships. I’m one of those readers who love books that deal with taboo subjects. We all have books that we can’t help but love and obsess over. After a while, you get a little scared because the mask becomes you." Then you’re sad- really sad- because wearing a mask every day of your life is the hardest thing to do.
